About the project
BioCalcHub was built to lower the barrier for plant phenotyping research. Traditional chlorophyll measurement requires destructive sampling or expensive instrumentation — this project explores what can be inferred from ordinary RGB photographs.
The tools are intended for exploratory analysis and education. Results depend on image quality, lighting conditions, and the proportion of background in the frame. For publication-grade measurements, validate against ground-truth data.
